Knitting: ON and OFF the needles....

FO's this week:

• Top Down V-Neck Tee with Encore Colorspun D.K.,
• Kitchen Hand Towel (Sugar and Cream cotton),
• Dishcloth (S&C).

Still not finished - Second sock from Sensational Socks book with Lana Grossa Meilenweit Tweed - oatmeal/natural. But I'm getting close! Should be finished by the end of January.

Started this week - calliope Shell in Cherry Red Shine from KnitPicks. This takes some concentration as the pattern is ribbed lace. Plan to give this to one of the Almost-SIL's for her birthday in April.

Planning stages:

• an afghan for DH's Mom in blues or greens.
• A caplet or poncho from the yarn I got last July on sale at Amazing Threads!
• A henley tee using the Encore yarn I bought a year ago!
• Some more kitchen handtowels for the Almost-SIL's.
• Socks from the leftover DK yarn to match that tee I just finished (Rina's idea) .
• Socks for DH from Essential sock yarn from KnitPicks.
• Potato Chip Scarf to have on hand
• Something Red and Purple - maybe the potato chip scarf

I'll insert some pictures later - just too busy at the moment to find the camera, etc.

Dare I say that it might be getting better around here?
